Nevi was founded in 1992 and today it is an efficient and dynamic company, which operates in various sectors, where quality and specialization in the processing of titanium and its alloy components are required. 

The company is able to meet the different needs of customers, for the production of small, medium and large series, starting from the raw material to the finished product. Nevi employs some special techniques in the manufacture of his frames. Water jet cutting allows Nevi to create new shapes and their frame welding takes place in a vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber is the key to Nevi's quality.

We have been working in the automotive sector for yearscreating titanium welded structures, such as rollbars and frames with the aim of significantly reducing weight, further increasing efficiency and performance. 

The special cycle of the production process is welding, carried out inside a cabin extending up to 3 meters, in which a vacuum is created and inert gas (argon) is introduced. 

The welding of titanium is not much different from that of other metals, but the real challenge lies in the preparation and cleaning of the working environment. In this sense, titanium welding processes are notoriously complex, and the quality of the finished product depends on rigorous control procedures and the technical skill of the personnel. 

Only welding in argon gas atmosphere allows to maintain the characteristics of titanium and to weld joints with a section of 6-7 mm, extending the melting zone to a section of 20mm! Argon welding creates a smooth appearance and is up to 3 times stronger than traditional welding.

This is a recommended procedure in the industry such as aviation and automotive, where special welding skills and precision are required, which only NEVI can offer.
