NEVI was founded in 1992 and today is an efficient and dynamic company, operating in different sectors, where they are required quality and specialization in the processing of titanium and its alloy components.
The company is able to meet the different needs of customers, for the production of small, medium and large series, from the raw material up to the finished product. Waterjet cutting allows Nevi to create new shapes, and the pieces are welded in a vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber is the key to Nevi's quality.
We are a certified company ISO 9001:2015, also our welders are certified 9606-5 and WPQR (angular welding and full penetration butt welding).

We have been working in the automotive sector for years, creating welded titanium structures, such as rollbars and frames with the aim of significantly reducing weight, further increasing efficiency and performance.
The special cycle of the production process is welding, performed inside a cabin that can be extended up to 3 meters, in which a vacuum is created and inert gas (argon) is introduced. Only welding in an argon gas atmosphere allows the characteristics of titanium to be maintained unchanged and joints with a cross-section of 6-7 mm to be welded, extending the melting zone to a cross-section of 20 mm! Argon welding creates a smooth appearance and is up to 3 times stronger than traditional welding.
This is a recommended procedure in the industry such as aviation and automotive, where special welding skills and precision are required, which only NEVI can offer.
