NEVI supplies seamless Grade 9 titanium tubes (3AL-2.5V) and custom-fabricated welded Grade 2 titanium tubes.
Our commitment is to deliver titanium products of the highest quality standards.
We are capable of manufacturing welded Grade 2 tubes with diameters ranging from 25 mm to 2000 mm,
and wall thicknesses from 0.6 mm up to 40 mm.
Additionally, we supply Grade 5 (6AL-4V) titanium plates conforming to ASTM B265, and Grade 5 (6AL-4V) round bars and rods according to ASTM B348.
Grade 9 titanium tubing is an alpha-beta alloy containing approximately 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium. It offers excellent cold-forming characteristics, superior corrosion resistance, and a high strength-to-weight ratio. These properties make it particularly suitable for applications in the medical field, sports equipment, and precision components such as in the jewelry industry.
